This privacy policy governs your use of both software applications, Colorblindness Filters and Colorblind Corrector with Augmented Reality (“Applications”) for mobile devices that were created by Robert Sternbach. The Applications are for adjusting the colors on a video display to make them more vivid for people with colorblindness.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Applications do not collect any personal information from our users.
Registration with us is not currently available.
Automatically Collected Information - none. The Colorblindness Filters application will display filter settings to the user which may help them select their preferred lenses from Pilestone.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Applications do not collect information about the location of your device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No data is transmitted to external services.
We do not collect any information to share directly with third parties. The user may elect to share the displayed filter settings information with Pilestone when selecting a lens.
We do not collect or disclose User Provided Information.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can easily uninstall the Applications.

We will do not collect or retain User Provided data.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at robert.sternbach@gmail.com . We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, so we do not collect or retain it.
Changes
